Is your tsop original or was it reflashed? If it is original the CD will not work, even if the component is defective. If it has already been reflashed but is corrupted there is a good chance that it will work.

yes I just kept the pcb and rebuilt everything. They may not be the same but the connections remain the same

I do it like this because I like the toolbox side of Xblast. And as I like to modify and test bios modifications (colors, etc.), it's more practical in the event of a problem.

For me the best is to flash the Tsop with the Xblast056 bios and use a chip containing Cerbios for daily use.

Hi, I had the same problem with a Tl866ii and an adapter purchased separately
After trying everything on the software side I redid the soldering but it didn't change anything. I decided to be radical, I unsoldered the plcc32 support and the pin connectors then I resoldered new pin connectors and a new plcc32 support. After testing everything works now.
This is my experience if it helps.

I have about twenty like that. I wanted to make xblast and my lcd modules based on the explanations of ryzee119 but nothing works. I use a tl866ii and an altera programming cable. program all good but nothing works. thats why i think there is a problem on these pcbs.

after some research I found a post about the flash of this modchip. the method with xblast works without doing anything extra. I think the best thing to do is to identify the component model using xblast for example and find the corresponding diagram. then you have to identify the pin corresponding to the write function and check if it is not cut somewhere. a false contact on a weld that has aged badly is also possible.

Hello everyone.
It is recognized that the Chinese version of the AlladinXT has problems with the flash of the 49lf020A because this one is actually a 49lf002. Do you know if the problem comes only from this chip or if the design of the pcb is also in question or even a blockage at the code level in the cpld? I wonder if putting a real 49lf020 in the chinese pcb would solve the flash problem.

Hello, As any new member should do, I introduce myself. I am a 45 year old Frenchman who discovered the xbox when it was officially released in 2001. At that time I write hardware tutorials on its modifications for certain French sites which have sadly gone now. It was the good time of xbox scene and xbins. I left the Xbox world in 2010 following a difficult personal situation. It was in 2021 that I decided to get back into it. the French scene being almost dead the desire to revive it a little came to me by recreating a series of videos and tutorials in French. While searching on the net I went to this forum and reading this one I was very pleasantly surprised. I very quickly understood that I was on a forum of enthusiasts with very great technical skills. So I decided to join you. Thank you all for reviving the passion I had for modifying this superb console. P.s: Sorry if there are any mistakes, I use google trad. I understand English quite well but I find it difficult to write in this language.

Hello, for my part I work in the following way: 1- I weld an aladin xt type chip and I connect the flash points of the tsop. 2- I start the console on the chip with an unlocked original hard disk that I relock using a boot cd. 3-I insert a modified backup of 007 in the hard disk 4- I deactivate the aladdin chip 5- I start on the game 007 then I launch the backup exploit and I launch the flash tsop.

When I re-soldered mine it didn't change anything either. I think it was the fact of replacing the Plcc32 support with a new one that it worked. My hypothesis is that the Plcc32 supports installed on these cheap adapters do not come into contact correctly with the legs of the read/write chip.
