I had the same issue with a 1.4 xbox. I was sure that it was dead and would never be saved until I found and used "OGXBOX Installer 2021". I have no idea why it worked or how my 1.4 Xbox was able to boot to this disc and no other but, it did. I re-flashed my bios and everything works fine. best of luck
