Mal abgesehen davon das ich weder gesagt habe das du "Mist" hochlädst oder schreibst - das ist alleine deine Interpretation. Aber so ist das vermutlich bei Leuten die nur Foren zum Profillieren haben und sich gerne über andere lustig machen, weil sie der Meinung sind andere können nichts, um sich dann besser zu fühlen. Nun werde ich auch nicht mehr lesen oder antworten weil ja immer der DAU schuld ist... Ist ja schön das es bei dir und anderen funktioniert aber statt konstruktive Hilfe zu bieten machst du dich darüber lustig... Ein Armutszeugnis.

Geschwätz... auch wenn ich die Einstellungen nach deinen Expertenvorschlägen einrichte (was ich in unzähligen Versuchen bereits getan hatte um alle Möglichkeiten ausprobiert zu haben), kommt immer noch die gleich Fehlermeldung - das ändert nichts. Dann sag doch halt einfach mal "ich weiß nicht woran es liegt..."

no it`s not me. I used brandnew crosslink cable between Box and PC (works fine with my PS4 and my other OG Xbox). I set IP to 192.168.1.38 while xbox is 192.168.1.37 I can connect via browser so connection works fine. The tool does not work and gets the timeout error. I deactivated firewall and antivirus in windows. I use Win 7 64bit. I also tried a Laptop I have with Win10 and my main PC with Win11. All get the same error message... Any ideas?

connecting via browser works but how to update SmrtXX OS? Connecting with your provided tool does not work, there is always a "timeout" error. I tried 3 different systems (Win7, Win10, Win11) all with the same error. What can I do to update the OS? Currently it is Build 3245. How can I update it with DVD? Is there a way? Or a working tool?

@sweetdarkdestiny can you please help me updating the Smartxx Firmware? I tried it with DVD but I don`t know what to do in the SmartXX menu. And the RemoteFlasher won`t find the box.

Thanks for your replies. Yes it`s true I`m german. I thought my bad english had told it to you before I`m using Win 11 and Comodo firewall (Win firewall is deactivated), I allowed Remote Flasher in the firewall rules. I already found the german version of RF before and even the germen pdf tutorial. I also have the necessary OS files (latest beta). The RF just won`t find the Xbox while it is runnung in the bank1, bank2... screen. I`m gonna try another computer where I have Win7 running (I used this machine with the Nano USB Flasher) and will report after that. So the point seems to get RF find the xbox... I already have the BIOS flashing and Dashboard booting problems solved.

@HDShadow I followed the description provided with the FatXplorer beta and use Windows 11. It just worked fine. Btw you need to install the windows desktop framework, the net framework version will not work. After that I have to start the FatXplorer as Admin (otherwise it won`t start) and it just works fine.

Hello again, I got another Xbox with another problem. It`s a box manufactured 2003 (so no 1.6 I guess) and it`s a SmartXX built in from 2004. There are several banks flashed with some BIOS files (see picture). There was only a 160GB IDE drive installed so I decided to change it to a SATA 2TB. I made a FTP-copy of the files from C and E. I used FatXplorer to prepare the drive and copied all previously saved files to the new C and E drives to the new partitions. After that I got error 21 after boot. The only working Dash is the EvolutionX but it won`t recognize the F and G partition as it should. I formatted F and G 927GB each but as you can see in the picture it shows only F and not even the correct size. I think the flashed BIOS version is too old. When EvolutionX boots up it shows Xecuter2 below the green xbox logo. Wich BIOS do I need to flash SmartXX and how do I flash it? I need your help again Regards.

Thank You @sweetdarkdestiny you made my day. I tried so hard but could not figure out which BIOS to use and didn`t know about the awesome FatXplorer - this made the work as easy as it could be. I flashed your provided BIOS to the flash Chip, put it in the Mod Chip and followed the steps for using FatXplorer. Everything went smooth and works fine. It´s not my favorite dash but this will only take some time. Awesome dude. I own 3 xbox classics that need to be redone and this was the first. made me happy
