Hi guys, I recently put a aladdin chip in a xbox with a 2tb and it worked fine. Now the xbox gives me an error 16. When i put in a recovery disc the xbox is booting forever in the bootscreen with linux. I tried another aladdin chip, openxenium chip, resolder the d0 and pinheader, tried d0 on screwpoint on the bottomside of the motherboard, tried another dvd drive, another hdd, another ide cable. Anyone an idea?

Edit: It happends with every hdd i put in. Is it something with the chip?

Hi guys i have a problem, i just filled up my new hdd. When the dash loads it shows on f and g 0,0 free and when i go to file explorer it shows nothing in f and g. I put in the hexen disc and in hexen the f and g shows the correct amount of free space and all the games and emulators are appearing in the f and g and i can play the games. The xbox has an old Smartx chip

I have a standard cable with the white red and yellow. With that cable i have the problem. I also have the problem if i connect the hdmi converter. If i use those cables with my other xboxes there is no problem, the problem is in the xbox but where do i start? Do i have to resolder the XBOX AVIP Socket PCB Underside?

Hello, I have a problem with the artwork installer in xbmc4gamers. I have in the F drive games from # to M and in the G drive games from N to Z. When i use auto installer he finds only the games from N to Z.

Hi guys, Now i've done it..don't know exactly how i did it but i did.. First i softmodded my xbox but after that i had no dashboard when i booted. That was strange but after that i put in a new 2tb hdd and loaded chimp and cloned my hdd to the new hdd and after that i locked the hdd... When i put in the 2tb hdd i get errors and i also cant boot hexen or rocky5. Also i can't clone it again. When i put this 2tb locked hdd in a xbox with openxenium i cant unlock hdd and i cant ftp any files on the hdd. Is there any way to save my hdd? Its a new one.. I hope some one can help me. Pease out

Wauw i think i found the problem...i tried it with an ide hdd and now chimp works as it should be...i think my ide/sata adapter failed. I better buy good ones because this alieexpress shit gives me nothing but troubles. Can you guus give me a link to good ide/sata adapters? Greetz

Hi guys, first of all merry christmas. I have a problem with my xbox. Its a 1.6 and when i got him there was a softmod on it. I want to put in a 2tb hdd. Normally when i plug in the new hdd with hexen it automaticly sees the hdd and i can format it. With this xbox i get an error. So i thought when this doesnt work i will do it with chimp. And obviously this doesnt work too...when i boot chimp he asks to connect the new hdd as slave..when i do and press A it wont go further. Ive tried everything..i even tried to delete the softmod and softmod it again with rocky 5 and do the update and try everything again. Does anyone have an idea? Edit: With the original hdd in it everything works fine, i can play games, i can boot hexen, i can boot rocky5 disc.

Well that worked..so im a little step closer now. Now do i have to find out to use my xbox properly, because i dont have a f*ng clue what to do with those banks...when i turn on the 1st and 3d button it boots in xbmc...i have the new hdd now hooked up and partitioned f and g so thats good. But i still cant boot up hexen or rocky5. Ive tried to flash a bios but i think i do something wrong.. I only want to boot to for example xbmc4gamers

Hi there, I am beginner in modding so correct me if im wrong. I bought a xbox 1.6 with a x3 chip and x3 panel with lcd. I really dont know what the previous owner did but i think he fucked things up. When i start the xbox and pressing the white button the xbox doesnt boot config live..i also cant flash a bios with biosflasher through lan. It is also impossible to start up hexen or rocky5.. Is there someone who can help me? My goal is to change the hdd.

Hi there, I've accidentally whiped my HDD on my xbox instead of clone it to my new 1TB HDD... I had a backup of eeprom and dash with the softmod but.... I think it whiped my softmod and everything, can't boot into Hexen. anyone a solution?
