So hdd is upgraded to 500gb and i tried. To enable yhe hd with hexen disk once with out clearing c drive tsop flash and now ive reformated disk and cleaned and its not working right any one have advice still geting red as grayish green after all steps

alright guys thanks for the help co8 massive didnt work well for my i FTP the main folder and it just ended up restarting my xbox every time

ya i noticed i run more snes like games well but isee people running crash and i cant

maybe i cant find the right version but i am having a hell of a time getting any ps1 game to run on this xbox i got ps1x 15core22 but most games i see every one using i cant get working black screens or crashed xbox im not the best at format to put in tried bin and cue and just bin seams to be the same problem regardless ? tips or a link to help trouble shoot games would be amazing

i couldn't find the eyes but i would try a whole new CD drive i just stack them up in the garage with any other scrap but i keep my best CD drives off unless i am going to use it

So i was researching some more one XBMC and i found out there now KODI for media centers would there be a way to Connect to the video streaming sights we use on a Firestick on out Xboxs loaded with Xbmc?!!?!

problem finally fixed thanks i went back and was looking at tsop tools they too have a hdd upgrade there that one worked

i ended up using hexen to set up the new disk formatted every think and when i boot up it hangs at a black screen

I have been working on my first moded xbox i Tsops flashed ind bios on it and all went well next i was working on a HDD Chimp would lock up every time the new drive was plunged in so i went to format it useing HEXEN 2017 it did finish the format when i boot this drive i get to a Black screen no errors and i can reboot hexen tried it 2 times last night any ideals of what i can do info on this hdd its on the list for 1.6 with 80 cables i figured it would work on a 1.0 with tsop and 80 cables its SATA have a converter with compactors and a jumper and padding on back im at a Total loss at this point

At a total loss now the converter i have is the nice one with a pad jumper and compactors i couldn't get Chimp to work but i got it Formatted using hexen and locked it rebooted and it would just stay at a black screen... only think i could think of is that i got a V1.0 with a single row of power and this HDD was used on a V1.6 ??

i think im not getting enough power after i get the dive going on chimp 1.01 im getting a file error it cant find and my converters light in red some times green cable will be here in a few days / cry

i am having a few problems with chimp cant seam to get it to work after i pressed would say its starting up for a while and didnt move on so i installed chimp from hexen disk 1..0 and every time i plugged in the 2ed hard drive ( sata with converter jumper removed) it would lock up i am trying to just reformat the hdd now and once i it done and ready to move to the hexen dashboard it restarts the formatting process after about 2-3 mins

Thank you all so much IT worked i was freaked out but it was pretty simple lol next is HDD upgrade but!! i mistakenly got a SATA HDD that is on the list to be good that being said does any one have a good tutorial for Chimp ive seen it done a few ways and now im like whats going on
