First Softmod, so you can put in non XBOX discs in, 2nd Soldier the points on the motherboard, 3rd insert Hexen disc to flash your TSOP. I used the EVOX M8+ F& G Bios on the HEXEN 2017 Disc. I works for my 2tb setup. I did have to format the HDD with XBPartitioner 1.3. I wrote down the instructions on the formatting, if you want them

No, I FTP the _resource file to the root of each rom. I just figured it out, I used the file manager in Unleash X and was able to open the rom and add the folder, I could not do it through the computer. Thanks for the response Rocky, I love the XBMC4GAMERS it is fantastic.

I ripped my copy of Sid Meiers Pirates to my xbox. It plays great but I can't add the _resource folder for poster and fanart for XBMC4Gamers. The rom has some security feature. Is there any way around this. It is the only game to do this. Or is there somewhere else I can put the poster and fanart so it will show up. Thanks

I just ripped my copy of Sid Meier's Pirates to my HDD. The game works great. But when I try to FTP over the _resource folder. It will not open. Filezilla says it fails to retrieve directory listing. Any suggestions

My XBOX has been hard modded. I tried burning the controller app to a dvd and I get. Directory name is invailid. I also tried to mount it, and it says. Disc image file is corrupt.

Okl I just finished my modded XBOX. I am Running XBMC4Gamers. Currently I have only 3 Apps in my Application folder. DVD2XBOX, UnleashX and XBMC. What are some other useful apps I should get. I am looking for a controller testing app, but I can't find one. Thanks

I wanted to play Simpsons hit and run on my Hard modded 2tb xbox. The game freezes on the first loading screen. I have looked online and see this is common for the pc and Ps2 version. Is there a solution? Thanks

figured it out. There was a soft mod exploit on the game save for 007 agent under fire. I deleted it and now it works. Thanks

How do you know which files are the softmod files? This was an xbox someone had modded before me. I just updated the bios, and upgraded the hdd.

Yes, but I did use hexen to clean up the softmod files. Have you ever seen this before?

Ok, I just got my hard modded 2TB xbox finished. I started to play 007 Nightfire. I beat the first level, I go to save to the xbox HDD, and the xbox takes me to this screen. I have saved in other games and never had this problem. It does save to my xbox memory unit fine. Any help?

My system has been hard modded. What I am really trying to do is get xbmc4gamers to start in 720P. Every time I exit a game, and the system restarts, xmbc4gamers goes into 480i. I thought I have to change the HD setting in the MS dashboard to get it to stick, once the system restarts.

I just upgraded my HDD to 2tb. Everything is working fine but I noticed, in unleash X the MS dashboard option is not showing up. I guess it was deleted in the install. How do you reinstall it. Thanks

I do have an ntsc xbox. In unleash x, ms dashboard does not show up. It was there before I upgraded my hdd. How do you get it back?

Hi all, I have finally loaded all my xbox games onto my 2tb hdd. I am booting right into xbmc4gamers. I have the settings set to 720p 16:9. But when I exit a game, after the splash screen xbmc4gamers reverts back to 480i resolution. When I go to settings it shows it is in 720P 16:9 but it is not. I have to go to the video calibration made and exit and then it goes to 720P. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks

I have just copied all of my games to my HDD using dvd to xbox. What is the easiest way to copy them to one of my other xboxes. All of my xboxes are modded.

It is weird, no error code but when I ripped Panzer Dragood Orta and a couple of other ones, the game loads but the screen looks torn and has lots of artifacts. I erased it but I will try again and get a screen shot.

I've installed XBMC4Gamers and really like it. Can you change the color of the background at the choosing a profile screen? Also what do you all use for the thumbnails for Applications, Emulators, Games, and Homebrew. Thanks
