Anyone know where the laser jitter test point is on the Samsung DVD drives? I want to start calibrating the hight adjustment skews in the drive to maximize performance. Even better if there's a full on Samsung 605B/F schematic. On PS2 there was a great utility called PMAP that I used very often. Calibrated many PS2s with it. Being able to dial in the DVD drives properly was a supremely useful thing to learn. Doesn't seem like this has even been considered in the Xbox community yet.

Hey team, Super new to this forum and to modding the xbox!I have been enjoying the scene and finally after all these years dipping my toes into the Xbox space! I was just wondering for ease of modding my xbox's, are there any PCB's or Gerber files to be able to print my own PCB's for ease of soldering the D0 and Ground points on the motherboard? I'd like to keep as much as possible wires off the board where I can and feel this could be one of those. Any help or useful files or links to purchase pcbs will be much appreciated, thanks guys!

Hello, I have one or two questions regarding the D0 point. With an xbox with version 1.6 the whole thing is called lframe (what does this abbreviation mean?) and it has been confirmed by various people that there are several mAh tiles and if you simply short-circuit this line with ground "could" damage the mcpx chip. Therefore the lframe cut is recommended. So far everything is known and at least for 1.6 I do it that way. Now to my question. What about D0 ... what does D0 even mean and where does it come from, also from mcpx? Tiles there also several mAh? I don't know about you, but I always have a bit of a stomach ache when a conductor track is to be short-circuited for which it was not actually intended. Hope you understand my english. Greetings
