So get rid of the long red wire all together? And yes the pins are not soldered I went based off the rebuild board he used in the video. But I will get them soldered

I installed the aliddin chip today and now I have no audio or video. I do have the hexen 2020 disk ready to use once I figure out the audio video issue.

I have a new one coming tomorrow. The one I'm currently using worked prior to the chip installation. And it was amazon new.

It is a 1.6 and I went off a video by retro pro frank. I'm having a issue with not getting audio and video.

The long red wire is so the led on the chip powers on and off with the power button, instead of staying on continuously. The video I watched for reference was by retro pro frank, to give you a idea of what I did.

So I just installed a Aladdin xt chip today and powered on, no audio or video. Light on chip is on and light on eject button starts green and goes to green/red flashing. I cleaned it with alcohol and still nothing. Anyone know what the issue could be.

I have deleted the
drive on my console will the alidden xt chip fix this?

Does anyone have any experience with this chip (pros and cons)/ recamendations on any other chips?

I completed my first softmod a few weeks ago and was not satisfied with the outcome so i ordered a couple of the aliddan xt chips. So far this looks like a great community for it. Any input would be helpfull. Happy to join Mattison
