I had the pre-built one and tried it but this was before all the issues I had and it wasn't working. I installed the one that was on the 2020 HeXEn disk. Just now transferred the pre-built and will try it.

I 'think" the last question I have is about xbmc4gamers. I cannot seem to get this to load correctly. I have made a new login user and try to login with it but never goes anywhere. Just seems to spin in the upper left corner. Any good tutorials on this software? I have been looking all over the place. Thanks again all for the help

Making baby steps here, I have got the F and G at a 64kb cluster but now when I look in G on filezilla I see this. Any ideas? xbpartitioner shows 64kb next to F and G and I format and wrote the table.

Thank you! As far as the paint I used painters tape and Krylon Fusion spray paint. Gave it about 3-4 coats and called it good.

I did a 50/50 split and I believe it worked. I installed the xbmc4gamers and now not sure how to make that startup from power on.

does it usually take forever to format the X: drive? Its been doing this for awhile. Also the eject led is red

I think its working now, the new drive detected came up and asked me if I wanted to format, so I did that and currently formatting the X: drive

I do not have a new drive of this size to put in it, can I format this one on a PC and reuse it? I tried a smaller HDD but it did not detect it at all. I'm getting a bit frustrated as I know its not suppose to be this hard...

I just completed the dvd and I'm so sorry for my current lack of knowledge with this, do I re-hook up both drives and use this disk?

i assume i would ftp XBpartition over but being I'm having issues is there another way to use this? I thought about burning the Hexen 2018 dvd and trying that?

This is not a new drive but not old. Maybe I did this wrong but all I did was connect both drives via a molex Y splitter and in OpenXenium there is an option to setup new drive. Is this wrong?

I have tried 3 different programs and all the same error. I have been trying to research it but haven't come up with anything so far.

I'm getting this error when trying to write to the E drive "550 Requested action not taken. IO error"

2tb and I have a 80 wire IDE cable installed

I tried to FTP XBMC4Gamers via filezilla to the E drive but FileZilla fails everytime, Is there another way I should be doing this? I was able to transfer the bios and config file with no issues Again, thank you for all the help.

If I FTP these files over what folder do they go into? Or does it matter as I can point to them? and would dashboard go into the same folder?

Hello all and sorry for the "newb" question. I have just purchased 2 OG Xbox's, one is a 1.0(shown in picture) and the other is a 1.6. I currently have the 1.0 with a openXenium, upgraded to 2tb and just recently painted / led'd it up! I have it booting to the openXenium screen, I can FTP to this machine and see all folders. What I'm looking for is, what bios and dashboard do I need for these two? Its been years since I did this stuff and originally had the X3ce but sold it long ago...... Any help would be greatly appreciated!
