Last question on this thread, do I need to lock the HDD and null it?

Does xbmc4gamers still need to be in E: root?

You do have the X2-5035 bios?

Soft modding is like masturbating, It gets the job done but it's nothing like the real thing.I do but is there a way to tell it is actually loading? I have the ind-bios as well. In the OpenXenium chip do I just set as default to flash it? or do I have to load it?

It did not make a difference unfortunately.

Should the X2config.ini be in the C root or should it be in the bios folder either way the current dashboard will not go away!

Here’s info on xbpartitioner with cluster sizes. If you have hexen use that and do a new hdd install.
Did xbmc show the profile directory?
No, it would not pull up any info

I would wipe the entire hard drive and start from scratch.
Start with a new install from Slayers disk then use XBPartition 1.3 to partition and format the F: and G: drives.
FTP XBMC4Gamers to E: drive then edit the default dash in the X2config.ini file .
Then in the profile manager press the Back button and check that file manager can see the F; and G: drives
Also in the file manager confirm there is a Q: Drive.
Now add a new profile.
Now login to your profile and download the updates.
This is what the directory looks like on one of mine

Soft modding is like masturbating, It gets the job done but it's nothing like the real thing.Use Slayers or truHeXEn? If Slayer, is there a current one you suggest? Sorry for all the hassel, I cannot for the life of me figure out where I'm going wrong.
Also when you format f and g do I just pick format 64kb for both and then write table?
Thanks again.

That did not work, i might look to see if I can get XBMC-Emustation to work....
-
Correct
-
It said it needed to restart but not update

When I had the new HeXEn disk install Xbmc4gamers Q: was never installed either. So I must obviously be doing something wrong. I will install it again and add the games folder to G:
-
In xbpartitioner I had er on F and G so I selected format with 64kb, I did this s few times to make sure it cleared. Then I formated and wrote tables

So build the profile then log out and re-log in?

I have I believe the newest pre-built xbmc4gamers installed and made a profile, I click my profile and tried to load it but all that happens is the 3 dots cycle through and never loads the profile.
