Could you maybe detail a bit where this acquired, what it's original specs were, what the CPLD flash was supposed to do (1MB upgrade maybe?) and whatever else? I'm interested.
Acquired in Aliexpress, from link I've see in another thread, selled and printed label as XT Plus 2 but all pcb layout is from "XenoFX", or Aladdin Advance, same piece of sh*t hahaha
Yes, CPLD needs a new code to use 1mb BIOS(PrometheOS/XBlastOS).1 hour ago, dtomcat said:This should be fixed with an upcoming firmware (Aladdin xblasts are confirmed to be fixed… so assume this should be too)
What's firmware? Here in all my tests, only "Aladdin_XBlast.svf" works(in both, XT and Advance), it's same as old "1MB OSSUPPORT.SVF" from Kekule's Github... No one from Team Resurgent works, IDK why.

Without modchip, or modchip with xecuter2/m8 bios get me coma with solid green LED... TSOP pads was soldered, possible bad flash.
But about HD, the Cromwell or XBlast can't recognize, like have no HD installed... Tried 3 or 4 HD's with different cables, 80 vias and SATA too... An because that iND-Bios stuck at "loading" screen.
EDIT: All HDD's are working in another xbox.

I got an xbox 1.4 in Coma(black screen without sound),with modchip it works only with Cromwell, XBlast or iND-Bios(loading screen), but doesn’t recognize HDD...
I’ve another two 1.4 scrap, one has dead GPU and another Fragged(stock / maybe trace corrosion)...Any repair suggestion? Thanks in advance!

Yes, I've tested this, won't working in my case, led blinks and console turn off, no fragging, same result in both chip models(XT/Adv)... I think these new files are for XBlast Aladdin modchip, wich uses a Mosfet(Q1 in picture)... And don't want spend money in 2mb LPC chip, so for my use 1mb and Prom are OK with this method... It's too boring all the work to flash CPLD, one time get work, never look back
