X3 and X2 can both replace the microsoft logo with a file in the root of C named either x3logo.bmp or x2logo.bmp. The tutorial linked below says it need to be on E but I know my x3logo.bmp is on C and it works so maybe it can be on either.

I see. I have a custom bitmap for the microsoft logo, but what about the Xbox text above that?

Can this be accomplished with the X3 bios? I have changed the M$ logo beneath the "XBOX" text, but never the text like that. Is this an X2 exclusive feature?

[Looking for a debug kit.]

Hi, I'm looking for an Xbox debug kit. I thought about modding my current rig to run the proper requirements to have a working development environment, but I'd feel a bit more secure working on a proper piece of hardware to start developing and learning how to make homebrew. The current listings for these consoles are a bit insane(Seeing one being listed for almost $1,000) for my budget and I have no intent to ever get rid of it. 

I do have some things of value that I'd be willing to add for trade.

- an Xecuter 3
- an X3 pro switch
- 2 complete translucent clear ghost cases
- 1 complete translucent red ghost case
 

Doesn't hurt to try asking the community and I hope I can return back to the community with a debug kit.

This is a wiring diagram I found online. The LEDs may require series resistors, not sure.

Hi, I managed to snipe an Xecuter 3 for about $100 and an LCD for it, but I'm missing the Bios bank that they usually come with. 

Is there a way to make a custom bank as an alternative or are there any dip switch banks that can imitate the same thing?

Hi, I currently own a complete in box original Xbox that is missing the foam. Everything else is still sealed in their small bags such as the cords and remote.
