I make my modchips. I test each one in an Xbox to ensure it’s working and update it to the latest XeniumOS. Only thing from china is the connector … I guess most microcontrollers and ICs come from china though
But the modchips I have, I ordered each component and soldered them myself.

Just seen you asked about LCD mod... My Open Xenium wouldn't be for you right now until I get the connector as it would use that connector.
If you are really wanting one now, I can cannibalize a connector off of my Xenium ICE modchip.

I have a few that I'm selling if you want the chip now.. It's Open Xenium like the one on MakeMHZ site. only thing missing on my chip, is the connector for external things. Not sure when i'll be getting them. DigiKey was supposed to have them to me a month ago? I have 50 coming from China... hopefully in the next weekish. If you aren't doing anything like wanting external LEDs controlled by the modchip, then it wouldn't matter... you can check the for sale section if you're interested.

Does anyone have files 0728, 0743, and 1641-1826. I read someone found a link to them, but couldn't get them to work. I can't even find the link. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Obviously not asking anyone to post anything against the rules, but any help would be great!

I have two Open Xeniums for sale. (They do not have the J1 connector)...
I'm asking $50 + shipping.
The J1 connector was supposed to ship from DigiKey on 6/19/2022... however, they do not have an update.
If you want to wait, i'll sell them for $55 + shipping after I put the connector on it.
Feel free to ask questions. They are updated to XeniumOS 2.3.5 and ready to roll with 2x7 LPC header.

So first ones were not a fail... just wasn't detected by my xbox (setup for original Xenium Ice).. installed in a new xbox, and works great!!! Have them updated to 2.3.5.

I have 4 ogx360s. All tested and ready to go
all are 1 player, but are able to be upgraded to 2,3, or 4 player by adding a pro micro for each player
I have one spare pro micro, so I can make one of the boards a 2 player board
due to chip shortage and my cost due to it… they are a bit expensive. (I’m making $10/board in profit)
1 player: $75.00 + $6 shipping
2 player: $85.00 + $6 shipping (can only sell one of these)
they come with a 3D printed case with logoless lid… I can do ogx360 lid upon request(I can do white and blue for sure and probably black) and the Xbox to usb micro cable to connect to the Xbox controller port*
*if you get the 2 player version, only one cable will come with it.

finish all… all passed so far… wireless receiver arrives today. I’ll install the remaining diodes after I ensure I placed them correctly (98% sure I did). I’ll post the 3D files later if anyone wants to make a test rig

Got the boards in… my tool fits perfectly. Waiting on 2 components (U1, U2), then I’ll follow up on how it works.

Well first one was a fail. I’ve looked at all the solder joints… no leg movements…. Not sure what’s wrong with it. Oh well

So getting ready to do my first OGX360 build and seen a lot of people have issues with U2 needing resoldered. But they don’t know until they run the test firmware. I wanted my pro micro soldered to the board and not through a header…. So I designed this test rig so I can run the test firmware before soldering the pro micro…. Thoughts?

That’s for the 4 player version on the board, but only one pro micro (so a 1 player version … but can be upgraded to 4 player version) pro micros are a bit more expensive than I remember

No flashing required. Mine are ready to install… give it a bios (can be on your pc… just type in your Xbox IP address and point to your bios ) and you’re ready to go. Evox bios can do everything you need. Use evtools to customize what you need. I’ve never done the 128mb upgrade so not sure what you need to do in bios… but I think evox (m8plus) is the only one that Xboxhd+ supports
