It's a good idea ! FTP with softmoded is painfully slow as you said

I am a new user on the forum, i own several softmoded Xbox and play sometime on Xlink Kai. I am generaly interested on modding on Pc and Xbox games. 

 I Already done some character on Jet Set radio Future Xbox and want to push forward my experience of modding old games.

I also want to post my own mod on the forum if people find a interest in it.
