get error 07 (no hdd installed) but buzzing/freezing at flubber logo w/ hdd installed TSOP flashed 1.0

still having this issue i get freezing/buzzing at the flubber logo with my hdd installed with everything correctly in place using the FatXplorer 3.0 beta to build/preload the drive and I have EVo bios installed too so hdd locking shouldn't be an issue i get a 07 (hdd time out) with no hdd installed (pretty obvious)

Use a multimeter to check the voltage levels present on the hard drive's Molex power connector.

Measure with + multimeter lead touching red wire connection and multimeter ground lead touching black wire.  The reading should be 5Vdc +/- 5-10%.  Do the same for yellow (+ lead) and black (ground lead). It should read 12Vdc +/- 5-10%.

What values do you obtain?

Could it be an issue with a HDD adapter? Not sure if he’s using IDE or SATA.
