John7272 Posted December 26, 2018 Report Share Posted December 26, 2018 Not really a secret, all you need is a compatible processor, the right reball stencil and a good BGA rework station. several small tools and supplies as well. Not one of these are cheap, your best bet is to have it done by someone that has done them already. N64Freak does some TOP notch work, I have been testing one of his 1Ghz and it seems perfect! the board is very clean too! just do not buy his supply on me because I have like a month before I can get one.
