XBPartitioner 1.3 refusing to format drive correctly

I learned the hard way today that XBPartitioner used 32kb clusters instead of 64 for my 500GB SSD, when I suddenly couldn't write files anymore after transferring over 250GB. After reformatting with XBPartitioner, my F drive changed from ER to 32. Still not 64, but whatever. However, after setting up a new disk with Hexen, the partition goes back to ER. I can press the A button on that partition 600 times and it will never change to 64kb clusters, and when I format it again using 32kb clusters, it doesn't change from ER. All of my partitions are left default how Hexen configured them except for my F drive which is 458GB after pressing B. How can I get my drive working correctly?

Exactly what I was going to point out too.

A 500GB SSD/HDD is actually 500,000,000,000 Bytes which in 'real' computing terms (using base 1024) is actually about 465GB. So XBPartitioner v1.3 applying 32KB clusters was/is correct.

Any problem I'd suspect it is more likely with the SATA/IDE adapter or that in combination with the particular SSD.

It ended up being a bug with XBPartitioner that was fixed by simply adjusting the partition down by 2gb, formatting it, and then back to the original and reformatting it. It did indeed end up being 32kb, where as before it would say ER regardless of what size I set it to.
