Wii2hdmi internal issue

Hi guys, I've installed the cheap internal adapter from dirtypcb...I've an issue from time to time the console boot normally with hdmi...sometime boot but without image...every point it's been checked with multimeter...what could be the problem...how I can debug it?Thanks...

1.4 and ofcourse 480p/720p enabled...

You probably have  cold/dry solder joint 

In all the wii2hdmi I always add extra ground link from the HDMI socket though the holes on the adaptor board to the main board ground as well.

That wire is soldered to both adaptor board and the main board along with the HDMI shield.
