Tysonb
Hi guys i have a problem, i just filled up my new hdd. When the dash loads it shows on f and g 0,0 free and when i go to file explorer it shows nothing in f and g. I put in the hexen disc and in hexen the f and g shows the correct amount of free space and all the games and emulators are appearing in the f and g and i can play the games. The xbox has an old Smartx chip Edited June 24, 2021 by Tysonb

The bios file on the chip probably not supporting a large HDD (137gb and up). I would try the Ind5004.67.bin or the EvoxM8plus.67.bin Also load XBpartitioner 1.3 and it you see a ER next to partition 6 or 7 then the HDD is not formatted correctly. Cheers SS Dave Soft modding is like masturbating, It gets the job done but it's nothing like the real thing.
KaosEngineer
Hexen boots into an LBA48 v3 patched BIOS. The BIOS flashed to your modchip must not support LBA48 v3. Without that patch applied, the BIOS does not read the LBA48 v3 compatible partition table from the first sector of the hard drive. Or, your replacement dashboard does not have Use F and Use G enabled in its settings. What size is the hard drive and partition 6 (F) and 7 (G)?
