NFL Fever 2003 Title Update, Who may have it?

Hello everyone, there is a patch for NFL Fever 2003 that allowed XBL play, does anyone have it, I need it

Wasn't NFL Fever 2003 Xbox Live enabled from the start? 

The cover art I've found shows that it was:

There is an NFL Roster Update DLC pack available for it along with tons of other offline DLC installation packs for other games at digiex.net (modded Xbox required to install them):

@KaosEngineer well, some versions had, my issue is that on my game there was an update via XBL that would've patched my game to have the ability to run on xbox live, the only issue is, well, XBL is gone so unless someone could dump it off their xbox, it's gone

Yea, like I said I thought all releases of NFL Fever 2003 were Xbox Live (XBL) enabled.

If not, I've not seen the XBL title update for the game.  The only DLC package I've seen is a roster update.

Can you post pictures of the game's case (front and back) and the game disc's artwork printed side?  Thanks.

 

Edit: Are you from Austrailia?  The cover art for the PAL release of the game AU doesn't show that it is Xbox Live Enabled. (https://www.mobygames.com/game/xbox/nfl-fever-2003/cover-art/gameCoverId,513812/)
