Vodkanakas Posted April 22, 2021 Report Share Posted April 22, 2021 Got xbox2wii component pro with a wii2hdmi adapter and a cheap usb capture card. Im trying to record @480p 30fps on OBS. But every input setting makes the game look like crap. the default input if 854x480 is there a way to make the xbox produce a 640x480 480p signal? SS_Dave Posted April 22, 2021 Report Share Posted April 22, 2021 There is BIOS file that force it to 480p but I would highly suggest using a modchip that has different banks just in case the Xbox has issues with it. Did a bit more research on what im wanting to do and im thinking im asking it wrong. Im thinking this is the animorphic aspect im dealing with. Yes that will work well and if the experiment using the force 480p works you could then flash it to the TSOP but I would be inclined to leave the Open Xenium fitted. Also check the Xbox is set to NTSC in the eeprom with widescreen plus 480p, 720p set in the M$ dash, Pal will not output HD.
