I don't hold a lot of hope as the damage it where there is trace in the middle of the board

You could try some links like this.

The 2 caps down the bottom are for the 5 volt supply and the 3 caps next to the CPU are for the 1.8 volt supply

Here is a link to try a extra wire link but even if this works I think this board will give unreliable performance.

The Xbox PCB is a multi layer board and the holes for the capacitors also are use to join the central layers

This is a example of a multi layer PCB and think of number 3 as the holes for the caps.

In my view you should harvest the ram and GPU heatsink and let the board go to landfill.

It's not my fault. I received the xbox in this conditions!

oh sorry then

thru-hole pads are simple to bodge tho. i bodged pads on duke, which had cracked traces near the analog sticks and it works fine to this day

This is really bad. I was going to recomment you to follow the traces that were connected to the caps, remove a bit of the green layer that covers them and then soldering wires that are soldered to the caps, but the board is multilayer and it wont be easy to repair.

I'm sorry to say it, but you are doomed. ;-;
