Xboxerover8
Hi have a bad cap leak and trace rot, can fix the boards but don't know what the value of the transistors are. At the moment looking at three boards a 1.0 1.2 and 1.4 , the legs are to corroded to reuse. Thanks

KaosEngineer
The CR??? parts are dual-diodes. The Q??? parts are transistors. I'll need to look at some of the photos of motherboards with the parts still attached. Or, even better if you have the parts, read the SMD labeling on the tops of them (e.g., 1AM, 1T, etc.). From that information, one can lookup the possible replacement part. SMD labels are re-used by many different devices. Knowing the type of device narrows down which one it actually is. KaosEngineer
Are the part numbers, labeling silk-screened on the motherboard, the same across all the revisions? Edit: There was an attempt to make a component list of all parts on all revisions of the Xbox motherboards but I don't think the person that started the project ever completed it. There are hundreds of tiny parts on the motherboard and with 6 different motherboard revisions to multiply the complexity of such a daunting task, I think they gave up. Do a search for the thread regarding this mod and use at your own risk.

wifidlink
Thanks for reply. I have Minebea / NMB: MS001A096EMJ PSU and it was already connected to 230v (the cap was swollen and the fuse was burnt). I replaced the C6 with a 180uf 400v and it works great at 120v (with step down transformer). Now I thinking, can i connect it to 230v or not... I successfully converted a lot of PSU 120v to 230v but they were all from xbox 360 (slim/fat). With xbox og i have a doubt...
