RexMundi
On a 1.4 revision, are there test points I can use to verify continuity between the motherboard and LPC header pins? I tried to find them myself but I have had some difficulty. Just wondering if anyone knew an easier way.

I don't know the answer to that but I remember my early days when I was installing pin headers for mochips my success was only 50% so every other modchip job was a frag and had to reflow and test again. Later on a electrician friend advised me to start cleaning the LPC port from both sides with alcohol, add little flux and tin both sides of LPC port (without any solder) before inserting the pinheader for soldering. Success rate became 100%.

Cheers SS Dave Soft modding is like masturbating, It gets the job done but it's nothing like the real thing.
