The EEprom you could try a modchip and it may boot or you will need to rewrite the EEprom . ADM1032 in a SOIC-8 package. Leaked clock cap electrolyte may be causing problems with the sensor reading the CPU temp diode. Microsoft integrated it into the custom Xyclops chip along with other System Management Controller (PIC processor) functions and the boot ROM.
