drd1969
It has been quite a while since I hacked an OG xbox (5 years). Although I still have the tools to do it, I was wondering if any new improved methods exist. Has anyone attempted to use an computer ATX power supply/create any unique non traditional case designs? KaosEngineer
Newer softmod tools - Rocky5's Xbox Softmodding Tool Build 1.1.4 (updated Jan 6, 2018) There are now 4 exploitable games with game saves to install the softmod save files: 007: Agent Under Fire Splinter Cell MechAssualt Tony Hawk's Pro Skater 4 Also Rocky5's latest creation, XBMC-Emustation at https://github.com/Rocky5/xbmc-emustation/ There were ATX power supply mods from http://diy.sickmods.net/Our_Products/ATX_PSU_Converter/About/ years ago. Don't think they are available any longer, not in production, store closed. Xbox Classic Slims Down - https://technabob.com/blog/2008/10/10/xbox-classic-slims-down-to-fighting-weight/. Not sure why the mention of Xbox 360 as this is a ogXbox not a 360. I'd seen another custom design just have to find the link to it. Another showing the process - http://theisozone.com/forum/viewtopic.php?f=33&t=29399&start=40 Not the one I was thinking of though. And, this one still not the one I was thinkin' of , but another slimmed ogXbox: http://theisozone.com/forum/viewtopic.php?f=33&t=38916 Edited January 18, 2018 by KaosEngineer

fox
Wish someone with enough electrical engineering know-how would design a tiny PSU that gives sufficient 5V amperage. Would be nice to make an ultra-slim case without ripping out 5V filter capacitors to get those pico PSUs to work.
