Just run it from a disk or hard drive. It will let you know if you have made the tsop connections. Sometimes a bridge will look good but not quite short the pads.

hello dave how are you .. today i got 5 bases lpc rebuild xbox 1.6 .. i soldered everything but at startup the evox logo does not appear and it starts in original mode .. i saw the scheme and there are some differences.
I used a base that I had already welded during a failed test but I had cut a few feet .. I send you photos of everything .. let's see if I  can get some indication of the error.

The third foot you had me cut it I don't remember why ..

Pin 6 is 5v, you pulled it so that the led would not be on

Check your soldering especially the lpc rebuild pads, the pins should be fine but check anyway.

I can try to go over the welds .. but I think they are fine. My doubt is that I cut the third leg and I don't know if that could be the problem. I also saw in the manufacturer's scheme that he welds up to the eighth foot .. I do not have the last 2 pairs 7-8

When you say third leg do you mean pin 6?

Did the Xbox just load to the ms dash with the modchip attached?

Solder this pin as its the 3.3 volt link to pin 9

That is to stop the modchip led from staying on all the time.

Yes that is correct.

You don't need anything in the hole just solder from the bottom.
