Xcecuter 3 + prometheos = cerbios fail

Hi and hope someone could help. Manged to discover my old man had my 1.1 xbox that i molded with xcecuter hard ware sonwqnt3d to get it up and running for kids. 

 Removed clock cap as that was giving me boot errors and once that was removed instant into peometheos. 
But when I try to flash bank with cerbios or and other I get failed validation.

Is there a special bin I need as I sing the stock one from xbins.

It's all original hard drive and dvd rom in there as well. That's the next step.

 

Also to mention I do have dvd rom issue ejection so can't use the disc as also so blank dvds either.

Did you flash the version of PrometheOS for that chip?

Hi

yes i did but there update from the post.

 

Went back looked and removed the Clock Cap and cleaned it a bit. rebooted few times and worked to PrometheOS still no update on the Bios i saved on the C Drive

 

Went to sleep

looked on line a bit more.

Booted up again this morning still nothing Flashed back to X3 checked it booted ok when went into the X3 flashing and redid PrometheOS again from the C:\Bios folder.

Once that installed i then tried CerbiOS again and it was succesful this time. 

 

Strange one but its working

Now need to work out how to redo the HDD again without taking it out.

Just to be certain, Are you flashing your Cerbios bin from within PrometheOS, via the Bank Management menu?

yes the one from bins. think  i may have cracked it tho

yup sussed it. some reason even with tho protect was not on i had to cycle it a few times on off on off and try each time even tho i dont belive that was the issue its back to flashing again.
