So I went ahead and completed the set of wide icons for XBMC. They look great in MC360 and probably with other skins too.

Its taken 20 years but we finally have a full set  :P

Download the full set here - XBMC Wide Icons Full Retail Games

The folder icons in the video are here - XBMC Wide Icons (Folders)

Ready to use in XBMC MC360 pack (all renamed to default.tbn, just copy to games and refresh thumbnails in XBMC)

XBMC Wide Icons full Retail renamed

Original pack that the complete pack is based on. I take ZERO credit for any of the icons included in here - XBMC Wide Icons (Games)

If you spot any missing games then let me know. I "Think" I've got them all bar maybe a couple of regional variations maybe......

I know this is a really long shot... but does anyone out there still have a set of the XBMC Wide Icons. I have an old school XBMC setup that I have transferred to a Cerbios console with a full set installed. Only problem is I am missing a LOT of icons.

I did get the pack that is on Archive but that is missing around 200 icons.... I'm sure that some of these existed as the "Official" wide icon pack HERE had 899 and thats more than the archive pack has.

Every other link I can find for any wide icon sets is LOOOOOOONG dead because the file host used is a thing of history. Not even the wayback machine has been able to save my ass this time lol.

ANYTHING any of you can link me to will be greatly appreciated :)

Came across an icon in the old pack for a game that doesn't seem to exist on Xbox. The PS2 version was definitely released but it seems the Xbox version was cancelled.

Seems someone was excited for this game releasing and went ahead and made this before it got cancelled.

Doesn't seem to be any prototypes of it out there either.

As for my complete set of icons.... I'm working through S and then only have T to go after that. I might have to run my created files through a jpeg compressor as they seem to be a fair big bigger than the old ones (300+kb vs approx 35kb) I will test on a 64mb console and see if there is any slowdown before compressing them tho.

Keep the source ones if you compress them more. As once you change them there is no going back.

I have been copying them to my console drive as I go along so I already have copies and also will be able to test them as soon as the set is complete.
Just T to go now through now. 130 games but I am not sure how many have missing or crap icons…

I don't know if this is of any use to anyone or if different to the one already posted in this thread but I found an old HDD i hadn't used since 2015 and it had a wide icons pack on it, shared here

Looks like your pack has a lot of the ones from the original pack that I based my full pack on. I went through all the games and filled in the missing icons. Also redid a lot of the crappier ones too.

Thanls for the share either way, Its great to be able to archive these old packs.
