CryogeniumFocus Posted June 6, 2024 Report Share Posted June 6, 2024 (edited) There were late mobile Tualatins released in the mPGA479M package. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Socket_479 Those however would still require an interposer - the OGXbox CPU was designed with BGA495/Socket 495 in mind, a socket mostly present during the Coppermine era on 440BX based laptops - Compaq's Armada E500 and M700 come to mind with this socket. I need to figure out what bare minimum BGA tools look like (not the reflower) and finally use the 10 interposers I have just sitting and waiting.
