Startech Sata/Ide Adaptor Boot-Up Issue

So my previous setup was using a cheapo sata/ide converter with a 80 wire cable, which actually worked pretty well, I haven't had any issues with it, but I decided to try the startech adapter too just to see if there was in fact a difference in loading times instead and I encounter a weird issue. I'm running IND 5003 bios and when I boot the xbox the flubber animation is very choppy and the audio doesn't sync up. It does load to the dashboard but the boot-up is pretty glitchy. I tried another ide cable and messed around with the pin settings with no avail. I could just disable the flubber animation but I'd like to try and get it running smoothly. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks!

I use 5004.67 and today I totally disabled all the flubber animation and added an Intro.mp4 for viewing prior to loading XBMC4Gamers.  Way cooler!

I've attached my ind-bios.cfg.  I load my dash from the F drive though and I up my fan speed so you might want to change those two things.

Oh cool thanks! The .cfg file you linked will work on the 5003 bios? I’m sorta new to messing with ind bios and such.

I can't say.  Is there a reason why you are sticking with 5003?

It will work.  I don't recall any new options being added to the config file with the 5003 to Beta a.k.a. 5004 update.

Great! No reason, at the time when I was reading over the list of bios it was suggested to stuck with the 5003 ind bios but now I can’t even remember why.
