Yes.  It was posted on MakeMHz's Discord server; however, I'm not exactly sure where.

And, I see a YouTube video on the subject:

with a link to a download link to an archive file that seems to include it.

Edit: I suggest that you only install the patched BIOS on an Xbox modded with a modchip that supports multiple BIOSes so you can boot from a different one in case the patched BIOS doesn't work.

Found it! Thank you.

@KaosEngineer, @sweetdarkdestiny

I patched a few bioses using a combination of titan and makemhz patches. However, evtool v1.0.9 will not allow me to uncheck dvd drive check after the patched bioses have been packed (dvd drive check box doesn't highlight). I unchecked the dvd drive check in a vanilla m8plus bios and saved it but then titan patcher checks fail at the end of the patching process. I always started with a vanilla m8plus bios and with the titan patcher first. So what I am missing here and doing wrong?

You can't make any changes with Evtool  because it's basicly not an EvoX bios anymore.

I found a modified version of evtool that you included in a pack as a download link on one of your youtube videos for patching m8plus. Surprisingly it does allow me to edit the patched bioses that I first made. I'm only going to disable the dvd drive check. I'll test the bioses tomorrow and go from there.
