Is it possible to save this xbox? It's 1.0, fully recapped, and recently every now and then this Xbox goes into that overheating mode, with the orange light, and no image, and stays like that until it turns off. The panel buttons do nothing during this. But it's not overheating, because on all dashboards, it stays between 44C and 50C (I'm using the Nemesis Dual Fan Kit). I imagine it's the Adm1032 Temperature Ic Fail... I've already tried cleaning the contacts with isopropyl alcohol to see if it solves it, but nothing. Is there a BIOS that ignores this sensor, or something in software? Or anything else I can do?

So as the title says, i want to convert a PAL save to an NTSC save for Tiger Woods PGA Tour 2004. I recently found my old save from way back when, this was made using a PAL version of the game. I have XSavSig but have no idea how to get the info needed for the program to work with the TW game. Its not in its database. Anyone have any ideas if its possible to do what i am asking and how or am I wasting my time even trying?

Hi to everyone! Registered here after often been reading various topics. Ive tried to transfer savegames for Halo 1 and 2 from one console to another, via memory card/flashcard. Although on secondary console in Local GameSaves data is visible with icon, when I copied it to memcard it was blank file with profile name only, 2 of them for 2 games. I've chose copy in File Manager and of course it automatically offered me destination. I couldn't choose free area, selection was only on Back arrow, so I've pasted it like that from memcard on my primary console, UDATA. (Idiot, I know.) So that means I copied it from Local GameSaves on one console, and pasted it to UDATA on another. Now on my main console Local GameSaves menu has Halo 2 icon on it, and almost every previously blank savegame has Halo 1 icon, I think. Also, strangely size have gone to 0 Bts for every single save, that has that data visible (because some don't, some have names, some are without names). I can't find where the files go. Searched through all folders on UDATA, there are no files with corresponding date. I did delete these files from UDATA root, that have today's date, no avail (backed them up on computer). So here's how it looks: Do you know how to solve this?

Hello, Just finished doing my first 128mb upgrade on a 1.0 xbox. Overall it wasn't too bad just had to take my time. Used xblast os to make sure all chips were good and let it run for a while and let everything heat up.. everything is good.. Next step was to flash regular bios back to the tsop replacing xblast bios. Got netflash going and loaded up a 1mb x5035... progress bar completed then the xbox rebooted... on reboot I accidentally bumped the power button shutting the xbox off... not sure if I screwd up the flash by bumping the power button or if there was an issue with the bios file I used... Now when powering up the xbox the power cycles a couple times then flashes red/ green with no video output.. I do have a couple Aladin chips around here somewhere I should be able to flash and use but I was just wondering if there is any way to save the on-board flash chip? I seem to recall reading about some modified m7 bios that may allow saving on-board flash but I'm assuming the modified bios would only work with certain bios on the tsop... Can anyone please confirm if I can save the tsop or am I stuck with a modchip on this box? Took my time installing the ram chips only to rush the bios flash... sooo stupid

For some reason while trying to flash a new bios to my TSOP I got a message saying 'programming failed', and now I get no picture when my console boots and the LED flashed red and green. So i'm thinking it's bricked. I was wondering if I installed a mod chip would this then save the console? I've seen an 'Aladdin XT+4032 X2 Plus' on eBay and the installation seems very simple for these chips.

I just installed a 2TB SSD in my Xbox, as the previous HDD I had in it died. Once I got a dashboard installed (UnleashX 0.39.0528A), I started copying over my games. After 145 games, I started getting errors during FTP. When required, the FTP client would create subdirectories, but then trying to change in to the newly created sub directory would fail. All file uploads would fail as well. I've tried both FileZilla and WinSCP and both have the same problem. Here's the error from WinSCP: Dir already exists in cache! "/F/Games/<game name>/DATA": Directory not found. I deleted the cache volumes on the Xbox, but the error continues to happen. As it stands, I'm unable to upload anything else to the F volume. There's 708GB free on F, so disk space shouldn't be a problem. I also did a test using the File Manager app on the Xbox. I created a subdirectory in F:\Games and then copied a file from the E: over to the new subdirectory. The file doesn't show up in the subfolder. I did have the my games split between F and G before, but that was because of how the volumes were original configured and there wasn't enough space on a single volume. I should be able to fit everything on F, but this issue is stopping me from doing so. In case it matters, I'm using an M8Plus BIOS with LBA48 support which is patched for the XboxHD+. Both F and G are partitioned to about 972GB each.

Hi, So I've recently bought an Xbox really cheap, when I first plugged it in it worked but showed some weird behavior - it only powered on after i pressed the eject button, and today it was really hesistant to power on, i had to give it a couple of tries to get it to work. I've done some research and turns out it's a common occurrence after the clock capacitor starts rotting the board, and soon after finding out about this I've decided to open up the console and remove the capacitor. Unfortunately, it looks like this after removal of the capacitor: https://imgur.com/tY6JkXN I'm no electronics expert but i do realize that this looks very bad, yet somehow before this procedure the Xbox still worked. But the bad part is that after i tried to clean it with some isopropyl alcohol and a q-tip, a couple of these tiny black and blue squares (not even sure what these are called) literally fell off the board with barely any contact. I'm pretty sure the ones that fell off had no contact with the board whatsoever, it looks like maybe a couple of the squares next to the capacitor were already missing before i even touched them. Now - the question is, should I even risk plugging my Xbox in to see if it works, or could this cause a fire or something? Does anyone know if the tiny squares next to the clock capacitor are something related to it and not important to the console working, since some of them were missing before anyway and yet the console somehow worked?

I'm looking for Amped 2 Savegames, preferably one with a male character and obviously 100% complete. The only one that seems to work from this page https://downloads.diodematrix.com/homebrew/warchives/xbox-saves/ is unfortunely a female character, and you can't change it in career mode. All the other saves for NTSC US seem not to work, or they're weirdly zipped so I don't know how to install them. Even those on Gamefaqs are broken, the boarder doesn't load in first screen. Can anybody help ? Thanks, I just need the 4d530041 from UDATA and TDATA of a male character which I can customize in career mode, preferably 100% complete Oh, also the trainers are really messed up. They can "brick" the whole save and they should be coded more properly (examples: the characters does weird things, or the game gets stucked at board stats menu as it's not possible to quit that menu ). I have a Jet Set Radio Future save that I have played around 25 hours in that I would like to be able to play on my console, but I haven't been able to figure out how to resign the save. The save has an "error reading JSRF save data" and doesn't let me use my save. The save originated in Cxbx-R and it won't allow me to move the save to or from the console without this error occurring. Hi, I’m currently trying to figure out why tony hawk pro skater 3 keeps saying failed to save to hard disk. I’m wondering if anyone else has come across this issue before? My Xbox is hard modded and has been upgraded with a 2TB wd blu hard drive if that helps thanks in advance

This game can brick if you sell the wrong cars, restarting competitions doesn't make you recover money, so has anyone a trainer/save-game/cheat for this game to help me out ? Thank you in advance. Any savegame is acceptable, even if not 100% complete. Nope, there's no trainer for this game in the Evox list, I already looked for it just everywhere. Maybe I'm asking too much: but there's a way to edit the XBX files ?

hi all i'm trying to load my project zero game save on my modded xbox every time it just says unable to load the loading bar don't go passed 0.00% anyone know of any way to fix this?

All, i just recently resurrected my old modded xbox. I upgraded the HDD and used Hexen to set everything up. Everything seems to work great except that any changes from the dash in UnleashX will not save. Once rebooted, everything reverts. However if i FTP into it, and make changes from the config.xml file, those take. I would rather not have to do it that way. Any suggestions on what i can do?

I have a Xbox classic and I need to change its region from PATL to NTSC to enable the HD on xbox and yes, I am using Component Cable and I am sure the cable works fine. I have used the enigma program to change it. It says "press A for PAL or press B for NTSC". I do press B but when I reeboot the console with the key combination triggers + white /black button the region won't change. I enter again on enigma and the region remains "PAL". I enter on the original dashboard, I went to Settings and the option to set the 480p. 720p and 1080i won't appear. Someone told me about the Shadow C thingy but I don't know what is that and how can I do something to Shadow C.Please help me. I don't know what's wrong. Thanks.

Long story, short.... I have a shitoad of empty gamesaves listed. Takes foreverto scroll from a-z in the MS dash "Memory" tab. Is there an app or a way that i can just delete all the emty folders in one go?? I want to say that i saw this option in an app but i cant remember which one it was in..... Ideas anyone??

Has anyone else ever encountered a save file only working on one console? I have a Rayman 3 save that only seems to work on the 1GHz CPU, 128MB RAM console I got from N64freak, and I have no idea what's going on. I originally played the game on a softmodded 1.6, then ended up transferring the save to the upgraded 1.0 to continue playing on that console. After the PSU failed in the 1.0 and I managed to fix it, I wanted to back up the save in case it ever fails again on me. To my surprise, the save file doesn't want to work on either of the 3 Xboxes I tried it on, it only works on the 1.0, nothing else. When I try load the save from another console, I see this and it won't load: However, when I use the 1.0, it works as it should: I even tried copying the entire TDATA and UDATA folders from the 1.0 aside from the music, but I still got the same result. I have no idea what's going on. My only means of transferring saves is via FTP, but that worked when I transferred it to the 1.0, and works for all other games.

Hey I have another newbie question. I can't seem to figure it out, when playing the emulators such as SNES or SegaCD, I apply filter options to them to make them look better, I use save states to continue progress, etc. But Everytime I reload that emulator I have to keep reapplying the filters, is there a way to save your settings or is this something I will have to do each playthrough? Ok, I just got my hard modded 2TB xbox finished. I started to play 007 Nightfire. I beat the first level, I go to save to the xbox HDD, and the xbox takes me to this screen. I have saved in other games and never had this problem. It does save to my xbox memory unit fine. Any help?

I have a v1.0 with a 250 gig HD and an executer 2.3B lite from way back in the day and still works fine. I am in the process of getting another box (Halo) with a 2TB HD and ram upgrade. Is it possible to copy the game saves from my v1.0 250 HD to the 2 TB HD? Any help would be greatly appreciated.
