I have a OpenXenium modchip with a EvoXm8+ bios. My default dash is UnleashX e:\Dash\UnleashX) but I have XMBC4Gamers and XBMC-Emustation also installed (e:\apps\respective folder.) I installed the dashloader customizer and setup the buttons I want to use. Though when I boot and hold or frantic push the buttons nothing changes and it always boots into unleashx. Tried searching around and seems like all the posts I found talked about running Dashloader customizer with ind bios not EvoX. Will it work with EvoX? Also where it says "Set Custom Dash" is that setting the default if no button is pressed? Because that is also set as XBMC4gamers yet it still loads Unleashx.

hello guys, I have an xbox version 1.4, and my default dash is evox, with the OG installer I can change the default ok? risk losing my softmod?

Hi all im a newbie to your forum and to og xbox homebrew. i recently purchased one of those 2tb modded og xbox from ebay that was already setup. im not a newbie to the homebrew scene just to og xbox i went to use the download tool in the xbmc i wanted to download some homebrew games like half life ect. every time i go to download something i get an error message asking me for a default xde file. im confused by this as i have searched all my directories and cant find anything. i have tried to google this issue and i cant find anything about it. the only results i get are for kodi?? i know its probably a really simple issue and a easy fix but im so new to the platform im not really sure where to start. as the xbox was not modded by me i do not know what files are on there or what is required to download software from the download utility. any help on this would be awesome. thank you all very much :)

Hi again everyone. Recently, I managed to get my hands on an Aladdin XT Plus2 and install it in my Xbox. All is well right now, but I want to replace unleashX with UIX. Would that be possible? And if so, how would I go about doing it? I've tried Googling to no avail.

I've edited one of the default skins that come built within UnleashX Unsure how to get a preview of this. Tested on 720 & 1080 Changes: Made disk drive text wider and bolder, should now show the full title Added G drive storage info Changed "Nick" to "Console Name" Moved M/B, CPU and IP details to the right Moved Drive info to the left Added a bar under the tray info GreenShapes-Brat81 Edit.zip

I accidentally wiped my EEPROM with an Arduino when trying to read it, and have no backup. Now even with Config Magic's valid blank EEPROM, there's no video out. Only a green blink code (34? It's 3 fast and 4 slow blinks) Now I'm wondering if there's any way to fix it. This rarely happens, so there's not much info on the net about it. I'm thinking even if I got a modchip such as openXenium, the motherboard might be useless. Should I give up on this yet and just get another box, or get the modchip (already prepped the v1.6 board with headers and LPC rebuild)? Can the modchip make it boot with bad EEPROM data? Eventually, I got the Arduino code reliably reading and writing data, but even with the 'valid blank' EEPROM data, that hasn't helped so far.

Hello guys. I'm sorry if this is a replay. I saw on forum this the answer, but now not can find this post. How can I set XBMC4Gamers as dashboards by default, not through unleashx every time? Please tell me in detail, perhaps where there is a video manual. Any help is appreciated.

Hi everybody. From what I can understand there is a difference in how to change the default dashboard to anything you want (If you have a tsop, sofmodded or hardmodded box.) In my case, I have a TSOP modded box and I would like to have xbmc4gamers or xbmc emustation as my startup dash. What should I do here? I have read somewhere that I should make a shortcut in a program on my computer to redirect it to where I have the dashfile. Please feel free to fill in the blanks for me to understand this matter better. / David

I'm new to the xbox modding scene. Is there a way to play video previews of my games on the default skin for Unleashx. I've been able to play them on other skins like BlueShapes - by Kthulu, but not the default skin
