The configuration EEPROM on the motherboard died, is no longer accessible or the data stored inside is corrupt. No Xbox BIOS that allows you to run XBE files (play games) will boot with a bad EEPROM. Some of the modchip OS's will boot without a good EEPROM or access to it. IIRC, FlashBIOS and other Cromwell-based BIOSes will too but you cannot do much with them other than boot Linux or flash a different BIOS to the modchip. Use a Raspberry PI, Arduino or serial EEPROM reader/writer cable to read the contents from the chip. Load it into LiveInfo v1.6. It will probably show that the content is corrupt is all which you already know from the RED flashing Eject ring. Do you have a backup of the EEPROM's content. An eeprom.bin file on your PC? If the chip is dead, remove and replace it with a new one and write the eeprom.bin file's content back to it.

The LC4064V CPLD found on the Aladdin 64's, XenoFX Pro's, can do both functions. Edit: It has twice as many programmable Macrocells - 64 instead of 32 of an LC4032V CPLD. Modding the current Aladdin's with an LC4032 can only be programmed to work as a modchip - boot a modified BIOS from the flash chip onboard or act as an LCD driver.

The stock dashboard does not have an FTP server to connect to. You can only connect to an FTP server on a modded Xbox running a replacement dashboard.that has it enabled.

There were Aladdin 64's (a.k.a. XenoFX Pro's) that used a Lattice LC4064V CPLD instead of an LC4032V CPLD. You'd need to see what the current security level is. HIGH or MAXIMUM. IIRC, the command-line tool, smartctl.exe, that comes with XboxHDM23USB Beta 2, 3 or 4 will tell you when you check the current lock status. And, Beta 3 and 4 have a menu option to check the lock status of the hard drive that Beta 2 does not have. When HIGH, either the MASTER or USER password can be used to unlock the hard drive; however, when MAXIMUM only the USER password will work. The USER password is computed cryptographically using the HDDKey, hard drive model and serial number.

For Seagate and Western Digital stock hard drives, you can use the manufacturer's MASTER password if the Xbox they were installed in was not modded. Which file are you trying to flash to the modchip? What is its size in bytes? It should be exactly 262144 bytes.

Are all of the files listed in the following image present in the folder where you are running pandora.exe from?

There's a difference in the LPC-connected flash memory chips: SST49LF020 vs SST49LF020A. The 020A fixes an addressing bug present in the 020 that allowed it to load the BIOS from the 4 different 256KB banks which the Xbox uses IIRC, the CPLD (Complex Programmable Logic Device) - the LC4032V - is used for additional features; modchip enable/disable, HDD activity; and allows access to the SST49LF020A - data addressing bug fixed - from the Xbox to load the BIOS and stored data from the 256KB flash memory chip.
