Hey there everyone. I watched a video on YouTube on a Modded Xbox. During the initial startup of the Xbox, it shows an animation and a custom dashboard. Does anyone know how to add the animation before the menu shows up and how to customize the menu?? I have never seen this before except for this video. Any help would be most appreciated. Thank you. OK so let me clarify for you awesome people!! My brother had this xbox since day one. It would boot up to the blue screen when he powered the xbox on(Years ago) after one of his boys said they could mod it. Now it will NOT Power ON at all. As I stated in the original post - I have replaced all capacitors // replaced the one of the transistors for the clock capacitor // tried swapping power supplies // changed out all cables with known working cables. Also completely cleaned it out and checked for any debris or broken pieces to see if it was causing a short. Nothing I tried worked to get the Xbox to power back on. Just need to get the saves off the HDD. My bro has some saves on there that were pretty rough to achieve. One being completing Steel Battalion with out dying on the hardest setting. I am pretty good with the Hardware aspect of things but not so good when it comes to the Software. I see some your suggestions and I will try them. I cant thank you enough. I meant what I said about you guys being Awesome!!

I was informed that the Xbox menu would go to it's "Blue Screen" before it stopped powering on.

Hey there gang. I have an xbox 1.6 that is completely shot. I have done everything possible to get it to power on but no luck. I wanted to know if there was a way of getting the game saves off the HDD. The Xbox was not modded.
