I tried flashing my bios but it keeps looping this message: "Commencing bios flahs loop ok, mount the next flash or something" Whats the cause of this and how do I fix?

New member here. I have a V1.0 with a SHARP chip im looking to update the bios and put in a bigger hard drive!
