    Just extend the wires, easy enough to do with basic soldering skills. If you want to be safe do 1 wire at a time as they are all yellow wires as I'm sure you know. I can always make you 1 if your desperate.

    @coffinbirth I've used a UV protection wax polish on it as painting a clear coat in my opinion may not work, and would require a good finish to look right.

    @SS_Dave Thanks mate, I imported it from Spain, so it was most probably kept in the chain smokers window, heat plus smoke = awful orange xbox

    Thanks Hucz, I'm well pleased and would be willing to do a tutorial if anybody wanted. If what OGXbox Admin said is true I'm assuming I'm the first person to have success with restoring this console.

    Thanks @crushingyourhead I had to do it mate I want it on display in my games room and it looked liked it had come from a chain smokers den I will be painting 1 of my Crystal xboxs orange tint soon, so that will be the only orange xbox I own.

    UPDATE - Well against all advice I decided to retrobrite my console and I'm only updating this post to give hope to someone else who may be in the position I was in. I live in UK and used the Bblonde and cling film method, I did a test piece on the bottom of the case a few days ago and had no issues so I went all in and the results are amazing.

    Thanks for the info OGXbox Admin, I didn't wanna be the Guinea pig to test it on the paint, no chance of me masking that out. I can get a sticker kit made but that seems pointless I could of just painted an xbox white and made a replica.

    Well that was my initial thought but was hoping someone here may of had experience with retrobriting as I would obviously love this to be as clean white as possible, the picture actually does it justice as it's way more orange in person.

    Hi guys hoping I can get some feedback before I do something I regret. Today I finally received a limited edition Panzer Dragoon Xbox console, however it has arrived looking very orange instead of white. Due to the fact of how rare these are getting, not to mention the expense of it, should I attempt to whiten it or leave it alone, also not sure if it would affect the detailing on top of the console? What do you think?
