Well glitch is not very descriptive. But v22b25 is mostly interface changes (no core changes) very minor fixes to changes that caused locks in some case. Sadly psx emulation on the xbox is only gonna go so far. The xbox is not fast enough to handle several games and pcsx reloaded is only so compatible. Pops on the PS2 relies on the hardware emulation of the PS2 so of course it's emulation is gonna be good.
