  1. Hi all, Does anyone happen to have the artwork files for this game? The installer sets it to international equivalent (TOCA Race Driver 3). Thanks heaps
  2. Sorry, I wasn’t very clear. By reconnect I meant disconnect and connect again. When the Xbox was having issues on first boot after being cleaned, both the DVD and HDD where connected.
  3. I gave the underside of the clock cap and the traces around the area a good clean with a tooth brush and isopropyl. At first, it still turned on immediately, but this time it was worse; restarting itself continually while flashing red and green on the power light and no AV output. I thought I completely broke it. Reconnected the HDD and DVD drives. Now it seems perfect with no more auto power ons/offs. I'm guessing the initial problems were due to isopropyl not being completely dry on the mobo somewhere.
  4. Spent the last few weeks modding the thing and just noticed this Besides from trace rot (which I don't have the skills or time to fix), could it be anything else I can try? It happens even with the AV cable disconnected, so it's not that short circuiting. Thanks heaps guys.
  5. Thanks so much for this. This post from you in 2018 mentions DVD sector sizes. Does this guide take this into account?
  6. @Rocky5Looks like this was never fixed?
  7. Just want to point out that TOCA 3 works perfectly without any patching if you use DD to extract the game data partition and load the untouched XISO.
  8. Been trying to get my head around the best way to install games. I think I got it sorted, could I get some feedback please? Start with ReDump style ISOs. Next step depends if there's anti-piracy protection (determined by going through the DVD2Xbox ACL files, eg. ACL for TOCA 3) If there's protection, just remove the video partition and leave the game partition untouched. dd if=redump.iso of=game_data.iso skip=387k bs=1k Otherwise, use extract-xiso (which now has ReDump support) to convert it into a compatible XISO and shrink the size. extract-xiso.exe -r "redump.iso" If the resulting ISO is > 4gb, use XISO Split to split into smaller files. FTP the ISO file to F/G:\\Games Run the "XISO to HDD Installer" script in xbmc4gamer Source of most of my assumptions: https://www.ogxbox.com/forums/index.php?/topic/1134-xiso-playing-games-from-xbox-hdd-using-iso-images/page/5/ Thanks everyone.
