it is stock, i dont know much about og xboxes so sorry about the little info

When i plug in my xbox, it starts the boot up for 4-6 seconds with the green ring flashing, then the video and audio cut off and the ring stops flashing but it keeps running for about 2 seconds, then restarts. sometimes if i leave the power out for a while and plug it back in, it works. any help?
