IMO running the exploit is not softmodding. It allows us to run the 1 app, but does not in and of itself make the console run unsigned code at next boot. THAT would be a softmod. Forcing the exploit to run at every boot and then having that automatically load a bfm bios is a softmod.

There are couple of TSOP flashing tools around. But the majorety of user here which think that they are high skilled Pro or Elite don't know a shit but have always something to say.

To list just a couple of TSOP "kits" :

And I have always wrote " I have createt the FOR ME pefect TSOP flasher". NEVER said anything else or claimed to be the first one doing a TSOP flasher. I just did it in a different way or better used XBlast instead of EvoX or Raincoat. Even there are TSOP tools I made which offer all possible flasher.

But needless to write this here right? The Pros and Elites always know better and they will go on talking shit....

First of (Bownsnapper already pointed that out) you should post in the right topic. OGXBox Installer 2021 CE vs. OGXBox Cerbios Disc. Different discs.

Both disc's are "a one stop shop". If you would take your time to se though the option and sometimes even take a look at it in the file browser (More for pro users who wants it all).

ANd why using a flasher EvoX, XBlast what ever when you can do that from the xenium menu? I mean not even a kid which tries to be cool would do that (snapper?).

And funny thing, OFC Hazeno's files wörk right away. It's basicly a backup of an xbox hdd with no setup needed.

So let me ask you why you don't have set up a dashboard and such with the disc? To easy? Maybe better use HeXEn next time.

Your software is good and so I want to share it with people on the forum. Your installer and TSOP kit are pretty much my go-to in any situation. I want there to be access and mirrors.

Anything I post is an exact mirror of the fichier files. There should be no confusion. Every thread it titled and labeled pretty clearly. Cerbios disc is Cerbios disc. OGXbox Installer is OGXbox Installer. OGXbox Installer Cerbios Edition is OGXbox Installer Cerbios Edition, etc.

No "support" is necessary. I will add the Xbox-Scene thread links to the posts so that any support needed can be given there since I didn't write anything. All my support is experiential and anecdotal.

I have no problem with it. Post what ever you want thats totaly fine. But btw. I'm not a credits hore never was, never will be. But for your peace of mind, yes, you gave credits which is fine but that wasn't my point. I'm also fine with reposting anything I made even without credits but you have to give support then right?

And the uploads I made went off for a reason cuz, someone, was able to point me to something which turned out to be a case of PEBCAK. SO I have to review all the shit I have made to ensure evething works like it should be and then reupload shit again. On the plus side though, no more option for the publix to use a softmod option. Thats now a internal only feature.

Finaly, about the mix up, I didn't meant you. See who I have quotet. Then it should be clear what get's mixed up but in short.... User : brucewaynefromgotham has problems with the OGXBox Installer and User Thairanny points him to the Cerbios Disc and stats there is an update. See the problem now? Both disc are different. Cerb Disc's focus is mainly on Cerbios only. OGXBox Installer on the other hand offers support for a far wider range on bioses, apps, dashboards etc.. It's more or less an "archive installer". That was the reason I logged in to point that out. Even it's your topic and on you to point those mistakes out right?.

And thing, you should take the old OGXBox Installer 1.5.4 offline. 1.91 is the latest till the format app drops if there is nothing major.

One last thing though. I looked into the OGXBox Installer scripts and there are no problems with flashing Cerbios. So the problem must be on the user side.

Thats a completly different disc! Thats the Cerbios Disc and not the one postet here which is the OGXBox Installer the user seams to have a problem with ( @Bowlsnapper ofc will happely give support).

AND, the change log for the CERBIOS DISC means the xblastos XBE when you setup a new HDD (As you have quotet) with the Cerbios Disc which as nothing to with flashing a bios at all!

So again, different disc's. And the OGXBox Installer 2021 1.9.1 is not all the way up to date. It's just a fixed version cuz of a problem with new blank HDD's. And beside that is has the Cerbios 2.3.1 bios on it. There will be a 2.0.0 which is basicly done but I wait for a format tool to set up cerbios HDD's on the XBox. It will come but it still takes some time. SO be patient about a new OGXBox Installer version. For users who plan to use Cerbios, the Cerb DIsc is the way to go. It also has Rocky's latest X4G & XES with extras on it as well as a lot things the OGXBox Installer does not has (The Cerb Disc heavely focuses on Cerbios). But since I have read that @Bowlsnapper plans to post the Cerb Disc here, he will also give happly support for it.

And again. I never made a softmod installer and also again, you cant even tell me what app you have used of mine (There in non such as TSOP TOOL) so I can test it and see what did go wrong and if it was a part of any of the things I have made or just a case of PEBCAK.

Till then everthing I have made will stay offline. I have postet that before and funny enough you quotet it but still wondered whats going on....

@Rocky5 : I do not use a disc for providing softmodding with one exception. The only thing that has a "softmodding" part on it is the OGXBox Installer and that is a 1:1 copy from TruHeXEn. Everthing else is MC/USB and even there are only exploids to launch unleashx but no softmodding is going on. If you need some more infos, poke me on Discord.

After looking at a 1.6 I would say it's totaly doable. The question is, is it worth it or if it would not be better to take of the rams and do a ram upgrade on another xbox with it.

But, it's 100% nothing you should sell after fixing it.

Do that. Hook up your HDD to your PC and unlock it with your eeprom backup. Format the drive (Backup what you need first).

After that here are the files needed :

Does the orange light indicate that PBL was loaded? I'm accustomed to it being indicated with a red light, but perhaps I'm being ignorant. I couldn't get this thing to load ANYTHING, and that is what he has stated, so that's why I'm telling him it's bricked... at least for now. Maybe discs just refuse to load from boot when inserted and that is a setting of the dashboard being loaded, or the BFM? I do know the boot screen still works, but after that, blankness

The orange light indicates that the BFM bios has been loaded. And from there it seems have problems. Maybe finding a dash or something else causeing it to fail.

If the OP is still able to use a expoid and if he gets at least to the first screen of the Softmodding tool I could come up with a solution. If not, only Rocky could maybe help.

Again. He didn't used my disc in the first place / at all! Not for his softmod nor his attemp to TSOP. I do not offer the option to flash the M7.bin. There is only a m7_TSOP.bin on it and it's clear written that this is to reascue TSOP's and should only be flashed to a Modchip and not a TSOP.

And again, because I Love the repead my self over and over again, I never made a disc called " TSOP Installer ".

And since is his xbox turn on and how it seams and loads PBL and swaps out the bios it should be fixable. Something there must block it from loading.

Finaly cuz softmodding is nothing I'm that frim with let's tag @Rocky5 to see if he has a solution for the problem.

I don't see that the OP has used my disc to flash his TSOP or to softmod his console. Not forget to mention that I have never made a disc called " Softmod Installer TSOP Disc." TSOP flashing an Softmodded XBox always was just an option.

And like I wrote almost 2 years ago and mutliple times: "Bashing" something is way easyer that reporting a bug. How ever. I usualy test the shit I do.
