  1. Hello! Guys! Glad to be here. First, i Need to apologize in advance for my broken english. Now to business. Guys! i really to know if we have a guide to noobs, how to buy a good xbox, to change or upgrade hard drives and how to install it and what to install in to the system. My intention here is to compile and create a definitive guide (Step by Step) to mod the proper way with the greatests dashboards, tools, emulators and games. If someone knows where to find some of this tutoriais, please help me out, me and brazilians gamers will be greatful.

  3. I wanted to switch out the stock fan for a Noctua and still retain some of the OG look and feel, this is the result. Maybe it will be of use to someone else as well. The design is up on Thingiverse and PrusaPrinters, whichever you fancy. Print instructions are there as well. Enjoy. PS. I'm also working on a design that's more compact and easier to print (in two or three parts), I'll post it if I ever get around to completing it.

  4. @phrunt @KaosEngineer @SS_Dave @sweetdarkdestiny I want to thx every one of you for assisting me in my journey. I am now a proud Dad of a 2 Terrabyte Xbox I watched the Video about the Stardock and cheap solution from OGxbox YouTube channel and I get my hands on an original Stardock. Not a single Problem and its way faster. Even WD Green are no Problem. A last question: What is the clearest dashboard. The default has a list that is not long in addition, which is a real test with 200 plus games there is something to be found. Have a nice one^^

  6. There are plenty of tutorials on doing it on youtube, here is a simple one Its a well known issue and it goes beyond green drives, a lot of WD drives need it done if being used in a NAS or with Linux and obviously an Xbox Some more info https://www.truenas.com/community/threads/hacking-wd-greens-and-reds-with-wdidle3-exe.18171/ I use the DeLock 62510 IDE-to-SATA adapter. It works well with my WD Green 2TB EARX.

  7. This video is for 2TB hard disk, but perhaps you can adopt the same approach for your 1TB disk? I created F and G partitions in my 1TB drive, 473GB each.
