Nintendo's, PlayStation, Sega's but never Xbox. Anyway, came across an Original Xbox and an Xbox 360 for free, and fixed them up. Just softmodded the xbox & looking for some things to do with it. Forlorn Penguin Posted November 3, 2018 Report Share Posted November 3, 2018 If you aren't going to hardmod it, then you should null your HDD key to make things much less of a headache when the HDD fails. If you used anything other than JCRocky5's Xbox Sofmodding Tool to softmod it, you need to upgrade to that, then use the HDD key nuller option in the NKpatcher Settings application. Also, if the Xbox is not a 1.6, you need to remove the clock capacitor before it kills the motherboard. Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
