KaosEngineer Posted August 19, 2018 Report Share Posted August 19, 2018 (edited) Try connecting the Xbox's HDD to a PC's Molex power connector. Does the drive now spin up? The drive may have a bad controller card or stuck motor that's trying to pull more current on the 5V supply line than the Xbox PSU can provide; thus, the voltage drop.
