fox
Anyone know how? It's been 3 years since I did xbox work and I honestly forgot how or even IF you can stick the factory bios back on. I already googled this for an hour.

OGXbox Admin
Yes you can. You flash it the same way you flashed a hacked bios. Why are you wanting to go back to stock?
fox
Well, on xbmc my box has a serious problem with the time/date randomly changing to something from the 17th century, and it all started shortly after I TSOP'd it. After going down the process of elimination I can only guess it must be bios related. The way I flashed it was with slayers, but slayers doesn't include a retail bios on its list of stuff. OGXbox Admin
What bios do you have on there? Did you remove the clock cap? I think this is a dash issue and not a bios issue.
OGXbox Admin
Basically, when you set up NTP in your dashboard, you can set an offset. So it's how much time you want to vary from the time server's time. Sometimes this is used to adjust for time zones. Other times it's used to slightly modify or "correct" the time. In your case, it sounds like there is a crazy value in there.
OGXbox Admin
Maybe your xbox was used in Doc Brown's DeLorean.
fox
Nevermind. I just remembered other utility discs and downloaded them on a hunch. Turns out AID includes the retail bios.
